General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member ("User") who uses the qqgg platform and its services. By accessing the qqgg website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing access to your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

qqgg offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives you a ৳20,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonuses can only be used within the qqgg platform.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• qqgg reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus will be removed automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

qqgg's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your regular participation and activity on the platform.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the qqgg platform — slots, live casino, dice, crash games, and others — are operated by the provider's own gaming engine. All outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

• If your connection drops during a gaming session, the result of the game is saved and can be viewed once you reconnect.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, the data stored on the platform's server will be considered final.
• Once a bet has been placed in a game, it cannot be cancelled.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or bug will be considered void.

Sports Betting Rules

• No bets will be accepted after the betting market has closed.

• If suspicious betting patterns are detected on the same event, qqgg may hold payment until the investigation is complete.

7.2 Match Manipulation

If the result of any match is considered to have been manipulated or is deemed suspicious, qqgg reserves the right to void all bets on that event and conduct an investigation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqgg platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Obtaining or misusing bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an abusive manner toward other users.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
